How it works

When you're remodeling, moving, closing your business or just needing to make space for more inventory, it can be tough to decide what to do with the products, furniture, fixtures, and appliances you need to remove.  Don't pay someone to remove it for you.  Don't pay to have it thrown out.

Auction it!

As Equip-Bid affiliates, we have access to a tremendous online resource for auctioning ALL SORTS of items in the KC and surrounding areas.  

Here's how it works:
 

  • You contact us for a free, no-obligation discussion/walk thru of your commercial space

  • We review with you what is needing to be cleared out, and discuss the best strategy for doing so

  • We picture/inventory everything and load it into an auction

  • Depending on what it is, we may even schedule a viewing day for potential bidders to view ahead of bidding

  • The auction goes live for several days to several weeks

  • Once it closes, winning bidders automatically get charged for their items.

  • They have set pickup days/times where they come remove the items from your space 

  • You get a check for 70% of the net proceeds (we retain 30% as our fee)

  • YOUR SPACE IS CLEARED!
